Seriously this group should write the book on customer service. We sold our home and moved up to a larger one to raise our kids and take care of extended family. Because of so many people we had extreme needs and wants in our new place. These guys were always there for us and went way above and beyond the call of duty. It was obvious from our first meeting that they were serious about providing us with tons of education and making sure we had all the information needed to make good decisions. They were just the perfect fit for us! Oh ... the best part ... we took advantage of a program that allowed us to keep our listing commissions on our homes appreciated value. This worked well and saved us a bunch.
We are so thankful for the Nor'West group. I have to admit at first we were a bit skeptical working with another real estate agency. This was our third purchase and the previous two times the real estate agent was not worth the commissions paid to them as we found our own house online and paid full price for the home. This was not our experience this time as we saved a bunch of money and got everything we asked for in the negotiations. Our total savings added up to over $30,000 and the process was fun! My family and I highly recommend this group and we will be using them again for all our real estate needs.

The market is really tough but they walked us through the process and were extremely knowledgeable in both real estate and finance. We followed their extensive program that included a dozen of free services and ended up saving tens of thousands of dollars. We were most impressed with the marketing plan that was used to sell our home. Honestly , we thought all you had to do was put our home online and it would sell itself. They took everything a step further with 'target marketing' and promoting to foreign markets. Truly impressive!! .... We sold for well over asking price.
The whole group here were excellent but our broker was Jeff Scott. His knowledge of the industry and overall housing market was instrumental in helping us make our decision to buy our first home. Jeff was flexible with our schedules and worked extremely hard to make sure our needs were met. Jeff is as hands-on and as hands-off as we wanted him to be. We appreciated his help and will definitely use him in the future and refer him to all of our friends! He also had some really helpful programs that included a move in guarantee to fix anything that he could not negotiate into the contract.
